Bi-Weekly & Deep Clean

For Bi-weekly cleaning one aspect of your home is done in a deep clean (ex: bathroom) while giving the rest of your home some TLC to keep things nice until all aspects of the home have been thoroughly addressed. When cleaning is approached in this manner, bi-weekly visits will result in a continuous deep clean result.

After the entire home has been deep cleaned once:
1 bedroom apartment, takes about 2hr
3 bedroom appartment takes 2.5-3 hr
3 story house take 3.5-4.5 hr
*Variation mostly depends on amount of items in each room.

Move In/Out cleans include a deep clean of each room, all fixtures, walls, baseboards, doors, windows, inside cupboards, fridge and stove.
Kitchen and bathroom floors by hand. All other floors vacuumed and mopped.

Price $40/hr
